Our Sonoma office is located directly across from the library at 772 W Napa Street, one of our two Bay Area locations offering in‐person service. Our original office recently relocated from downtown Novato, CA, to Rohnert Park, CA, and while we love connecting face to face, our team also supports customers virtually throughout California, Arizona, Oregon, and Nevada. No matter how you prefer to connect, online, by phone, or in person, we’re ready to help.

My team and I assist customers with Auto insurance, Motorcycle insurance, Life insurance, Health insurance, and Pet insurance in California. We also help individuals and families in Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona with Renters insurance, Homeowners insurance, Condo insurance, and Boat insurance, making it easier to stay protected through different life stages and locations.

I’ve been serving customers for over a decade and became a State Farm Agent in 2013 after starting my career as a State Farm Agent team member. Before insurance, I worked in corporate accounting after graduating from the University of the Pacific, and I transitioned into this profession because I wanted to have a direct, positive impact on the financial well‐being of individuals and small businesses. I believe that truly understanding the people I work with leads to better protection from unexpected events, and I’m committed to continuing my education so I can serve my customers well.

As a small business owner myself, I understand the challenges other small business owners face. I enjoy helping fellow entrepreneurs explore customized coverage options that help protect what they’re working so hard to build, while also supporting their long‐term growth and stability. Being able to partner with other business owners and play a role in safeguarding their goals is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

Giving back is important to us. Everyone at Katie Chase, State Farm takes pride in spreading smiles through acts of kindness, and we actively look for opportunities to volunteer with local charitable organizations, schools, and business groups. Our connection to the community runs deep, and that sense of service guides everything we do.
