"I walked into a State Farm office without an appointment, and boy was I lucky that Cindy Campagna was working. I had quite bit to complain about and by the time I left felt that Cindy listened, understood all my issues and did all she could to input the information! I was very pleased with her efficiency, her professionalism and empathy!!! The underwriting department could learn a lot from Cindy on customer relations , especially her superb customer skills. "My experience with this branch has always been great. The reason for this review specifically is for Sarah W and her communication and help with resolving questions or claims.
